From May 1st, a Czech/Greek WS station, rental shop and windsurfing school is open on the Greek island of Kos in Tigaki. The station is located on one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, in the western part of Tigaki. Here you can rent equipment for both advanced and beginners. If you have your own equipment, it can be stored. The station has motor boats and a rescue system for an eventual help at sea.

The beach is sandy with a gradual entry into the water. The area is flat water with long waves of max. around 1 m, and is suitable for windsurfers of all levels. The opposite island of Pserimos, 4 km away, protects against larger waves. But if you are a fan of waves, you will find smaller surf and larger waves at sea about 1 km west of the station. As the wind almost always blows diagonally towards the beach, windsurfing and kitesurfing are safe throughout the entire coastline of this part of Kos.
In the neighborhood there is Barracuda Beach, which has umbrellas and comfortable sunbeds. The grounds are also suitable for families.
